Operating system

  • A 380–440 V AC supply from the crane powers the electric motor.
  • The motor-pump unit generates hydraulic pressure, while solenoid valves direct the flow.
  • The cylinders operate the jaws through mechanical linkages with high torque.

Material-specific configuration

  • Six- or eight-tine options for scrap
  • Four-tine options for large rocks
  • Sealed closed tines for chips and dust; open tines for bulky pieces
  • Wear-resistant HARDOX 450/500 is used in wear zones and on the inner and outer plates of the tines.
  • Orange peel grab tips use high-manganese cast steel.
