Operating principle

Operating system

  • High-pressure hydraulic cylinders open and close the jaws to grip the material.
  • A high-torque hydraulic motor and slewing gear in the upper section provide continuous 360° rotation without twisting the hoses.

  • A hydraulic rotary joint maintains uninterrupted oil flow during rotation.
  • Bucket jaw tips and cutting edges are manufactured from wear-resistant HARDOX material.
  • An integrated check valve supports load safety in the event of hose damage or sudden pressure loss.
